DMA was founded in 1995 by Greg Fox to develop custom software for small to mid-sized businesses and organizations.
At the time associations and manufacturing firms were our main clients.
We have been though several stages of structure: an in-house group, virtual project teams and contract consulting.
In 2002, we made a full commitment to the research and development of our Veraterm Technology and other
enterprise business components. Several years later we began to focus on eCommerce and fulfillment plus
marketing automation and professional services. We have extensive industry
knowledge and expertise pertaining to:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Order Processing and Warehouse Management
- Integration and API architecture and development
- Application Development
- Workflow Automation
Small businesses, including ours, need to take advantage of their ability to
continually reassess their direction and turn on a dime, when necessary. This was the
case with us - we found that our consulting engagements were beginning
to stray from our core competencies. When we learned of Infusionsoft we saw that they
focus on a form of automation that is vital to small businesses and which overlaps
greatly with our interests and views of business growth. At the same time our CRM clients
were looking for additional functionality than traditional CRM software was able to provide.
Why Stone Edge?
Order processing is a logistics-centric industry with many moving parts and integrated systems.
Stone Edge offers a unique set of features and serves as a hub for managing orders and fulfillment.
We first worked closely with them to build out warehouse and inventory management features, and later
the PCI compliant payment system and the new Avalara Tax System integration.
